Get off Your Butt and Get Rid of Those Boobs
Guys tend to like to brag about a lot of things. They
brag about their car and they brag about their abilities but you never
hear one single guy brag about his impressive set of man boobs. Of all of
the things that a man may have to put up with, having a pair of breasts
that rival many women's is certainly on the bottom of the list. What is
it that causes them to be there and what can you do to get your manly
chest back in place?
First, it would be prudent for me to tell you that there isn't always an
easy reason why you would have this problem. If you are going through
puberty, you might be experiencing gynecomastia, a problem where the body
produces too much estrogen and not enough testosterone. For someone that
has this problem, there is little that can be done except to wait it out.
The condition tends to clear itself up within a year or two. There are
other underlying problems that could cause you to grow man boobs, such as
testicular tumors or problems with the pituitary or thyroid glands. If
this is the case, you will need to treat the condition in order to get
rid of the visible symptoms.
If you have breasts because you are obese then there certainly is
something that you can do about it. We all have different genetic makeups
and some of us tend to collect our body fat in the chest area. This could
come across as looking as if you had a feminine figure and you need to
burn that fat off in order to gain back your manly look. There are a few
ways that you can do this, but the most effective is through a system of
diet and exercise. Here is the best way to go about doing it.
There are a lot of fad diets out there for you to choose from but they
all have one thing in common; they are all crap. The only way that you
are going to lose weight through diet and keep it off is to eat a
balanced diet of 5 or 6 small meals every day that leaves you with a
calorie deficit. Not only will you burn the fat at a steady pace, you
will be boosting your metabolism by keeping it running strong throughout
the day. Stick with lean meats and lots of fruit and vegetables, and
don't forget to drink your water.
Exercise also plays an important role in burning off the fat. Many people
will spend hours on the treadmill but there is a much better way to do
it. Through a system that is called HIIT you will be able to burn off 9
times as much fat in 1/3 of the time. Simply go all out for 1 minute and
then rest for 2. Repeat this cycle 8 - 10 times and you are done for the
day. It is a little more intense but you will burn those man boobs off of
your body in record time.
