HIIT for the Reduction of Large
Male Breasts
Although they are the subject of many jokes, male breast
are certainly nothing to laugh about. Not only do they
cause embarrassment for the person that is experiencing
them, they may be an outward sign of something that is
seriously wrong in the body. For the most part, male
boobs are something that can be treated with diet and
exercise but it may be possible that the person is
experiencing them as a result of a sickness. Once
illness is ruled out, the person can get on with
reducing the size of their breast through a systemized
effort of diet and exercise. Here is the single best way
to reduce weight from your body.
Ask anybody and I'm sure that they will tell you that in
order to lose weight you need to diet and exercise. This
really goes without saying but there is a lot more to it
than that. Many men tend to carry their weight around
their midsections but it is certainly not unusual for
them to carry it in the breast area. It is also possible
that if a person is obese, their body may be producing
additional estrogen which might lead to the problem.
Diet is not something that should be done in a faddish
way or through starvation. It should actually be used as
a tool that will increase your metabolism and give you
the ability to burn additional calories. You can do this
by eating a healthy diet of lean meats, fruits and
vegetables in a balanced fashion of about six meals
every day. There is one more thing that you can do which
will burn the breast off of your body quickly.
Most people hear that they should walk for an hour or
more every day. The fact of the matter is, by working
out a little harder for 20 minutes every day you can
achieve about 10 times as much benefit. This is done in
the form of high intensity interval training, or HIIT
for short. During this form of exercise, a person will
go full out for a period of time and then rest for two
additional periods of the same time. For example, you
would sprint for 20 seconds and then walk for 40 seconds
or you would sprint for 40 seconds and walk for 80
seconds. This is done over and over again until the 20
to 30 minute mark is reached. If you are overweight and
would like to reduce the size of your man boobs along
with your waistline then doing these high intensity
interval training exercises several times a week will
have you trading in your fat pants within a month.
It may take some effort on your part but by eating right
and exercising properly you will begin to see results
within a week. Make sure that you take pictures and keep
an accurate record of your measurements so that you can
gauge your results as a form of motivation to keep you
going. Not only will you lose the breast on your body
but you will gain an entirely new level of self-esteem
that you can carry with you for the rest of your life.
