I know a guy one time that had breasts so large that he actually looked as if he needed to wear a bra. It is often best to just wait it out as this condition tends to go away on its own with a couple of years. If you are obese and are experiencing man boobs as a result then it is necessary for you to lose weight. Many people have a difficult time controlling their weight but it is actually a lot easier than what you think. By eating six small meals throughout the day you will keep your metabolism charged. A man also may have large breasts as a result of taking medicine. In fact, this type of condition is caused as a result of taking medicine between 20 and 30% of the time. The estrogen and testosterone levels in our body are controlled by our glands. If the medicine that you are taking happens to interact with your pituitary or thyroid gland it could cause an increase in estrogen production. This may also be caused as a result of a testicular tumor which will need to be evaluated by your doctor. Although you may not be able to stop taking the medicine that you are on, with some anti-estrogen treatment and supplementation you may be able to eliminate your man boobs as a result.
